If Whit Babcock wants to pursue his objective-

that is, as he said it, to be competitive in the ACC in every sport, he has got to make a change. VT is never going to get out of the bottom third with the present coach.

Whit will have seen enough by the end of March. He will hire a new coach by the end of April.

Just as an adder: He needs to make at least one coaching change per year in Olympic sports until he has a full set of very competent coaches in every sport. VT does not have that right now.
